Daviess County Community Corrections began in September 1983. The program started with two components and one employee. We now have five components and nine full-time and two part-time employees. Our program offers sentencing alternatives for Daviess Circuit and Superior Court.
Our current components are:
Home Detention for both juveniles and adults
Community service restitution for both juveniles and adults
The Suspension Assignment Program for students suspended from school
